Refund policy

We have a no return policy as we work with one-of-a-kind primarily vintage items. We do our best to note the correct size, colors, and any distinctions, repairs, damages etc in our item listings and photos. We want you to love your order and make every effort up front to make that a reality. We are often told our clients find their rugs are even more beautiful in person and hope this will be your experience as well.

Received the wrong order? 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
